An interesting attempt at a scam. A bona fide email would have been sent to a specific person with an invoice attached.

2. Call us today and provide your exemption details (private health insurance, pensioner concession card, eligible Veterans Affairs or Health Care Card ) so we can lodge an exemption request to NSW Ambulance on your behalf.

 

What will happen if you do not call today?

If you fail to take action today, we may take the following actions without further notice:

• Deduct money from your wages or bank account
• Remove and sell your goods or property
• Place a charge on any land you may own.

Each of these actions will cost you an additional $65.00.
