  1. One of the very few areas where I agree with Shane Ross is in relation to the judiciary. While we draw only from the Kings Inns before Dublin, we draw from a cohort of society so narrow as to make it colonial. But since this grouping is training, educational and self selecting we end up with something so rarefied that makes the college of cardinals or the house of lords, loose in their membership criterion.
    But my main issue with them is they very rarely treat with the citizens as Citizens, but as subjects.
