Finding humour in it!

Not knowing how to value a large, old church property that has never been on the market since it was built in 1755, I received the following by email from two friends. I haven’t been able to find the montage on the Net. Thank you to whoever did it – if you would like it acknowledged, would you email me your name.

  1. That should put a smile on your face, Ian!! it’s really funny. But, this is the crux of it all, who is going to actually value your property, or are we all just going to get a letter in the post with the amount we have to pay on someone elses say so??? To call it a farce would be to simplify it in the extreme. It’s a downright outrage.
