That should put a smile on your face, Ian!! it’s really funny. But, this is the crux of it all, who is going to actually value your property, or are we all just going to get a letter in the post with the amount we have to pay on someone elses say so??? To call it a farce would be to simplify it in the extreme. It’s a downright outrage.
